Tips for depression

1)No alcohol allowed. Substances such as acetaldehyde, which are produced by decomposition of alcohol, are aggravating factors for depression, anxiety, insomnia, and panic disorder.

2)Just think about eating well and sleeping well. Exercise, music, reading, etc. are not bad, but it's better not to do this if it's stressful. You need an environment where you can talk about your difficulties comfortably.

3)Working out. Scientifically, it has the effect of improving depression.

4)Meditation. You can look back on yourself more objectively. Among the meditation methods, you have to find a way to discard your depressed mind
